RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS

We have 7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURNS POLICY. In case of defected/damaged product, complaint should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of product. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged & Tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.

• Bank Refund – We refund the amount minus Rs. 100/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account. We need following bank details – Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank,Branch to process the refund

INDIAN CUSTOMERS :
Shipping within India for orders above Rs. 1,999/- is free.
For orders below Rs.2000/-, flat shipping of Rs.150/- is chargeable.
We ship from our Office.

Once your order is ready and dispatched it is usually delivered within 3-7 days. We partner with reputed courier services, so that your products reach you on time.
Made on Order products take 20-25 working days to dispatch. We dispatch the products (above Rs.2000) as soon as they are ready. We do not wait for complete order to be shipped together so that customer can use whatever products are ready with us.
As soon as we ship your product, the tracking information is sent to you via an email.

EXCHANGE  POLICY:

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE?WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?• You can raise the size exchange request from ‘My Account’ section with ease or you can drop us a mail at support@meeraaj mail mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.

• We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to The Meeraaj office at her/his own risks, costs & responisbility within 7 days of receipt of the product.

• In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.

• For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.

• In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable
